"content": "We know that this could be a loophole where spies could sneak in and so on. Therefore, I want to hail the Minister for tightening that loose end. I also want to support the provisions in Part III(11) on citizenship by marriage. I know that provision for a Kenyan man marrying a foreigner was there but that discrimination has been removed and now a Kenyan woman getting married to a foreigner will also have the privilege of the spouse being registered as a citizen in this country. The only rider here is that we hope that our women will be married to one foreigner and that they will not bring us too many foreigners as husbands."
