    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Bill. I want to take this opportunity to thank the Minister for coming up with a very revolutionary and innovative Bill. This is a Bill that has new and good ideas that will make this country move forward. I particularly want to say that I am very delighted with the way the Bill has been written. It provides very clear information with regard to citizenship. The Bill clearly gives procedures on how to regain your citizenship, how to acquire your citizenship, revocation and how to become a citizen through marriage. Therefore, this Bill defines a very important aspect of citizenship which has been lacking and has caused a lot of pain to many people who have never had access to this type of document."
