    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I stand to support that deletion. It is not that we are doing away with the rights of women and children and others. We are basically saying that this is already provided for elsewhere. This Parliament has been on the forefront in protecting the rights of women, children and other vulnerable groups. Therefore, that is insinuation that we are deleting them because we do not want to support those rights is not correct."
