If the Minister can look at the provisions of Clause 59, especially Clause 59(i), if a spouse obtains matrimonial property for the co- ownership, (ii) if the matrimonial property is held in the name of one spouse or the other and it is a long thing; the whole of Clause 59. I do not see a comparative provision in what the Minister is saying. What the Minister was saying was a very brief provision in relation to co-tenancy, but this is very specific in relation to matrimonial property."
