"content": " There is a provision in the Land Registration Bill and I think my learned friend is very concerned about spousal rights. Clause 95 of the Bill that we passed through the Third Reading yesterday, subject to the law on matrimonial property, says that if a spouse obtains land for the co-ownership and use of both spouses or all the spouses and it continues, determining situations where spousal rights will emerge and how they would be effected. The same provisions were being repeated in the Land Bill."
