I was just looking at what is missing in the new clause that has been suggested by the Chairman of the Committee. What is missing is the inclusion of other relevant bodies of the Government. So, if we take the Minister’s proposal and only go for parts “a” and “b”, and look for a place and say--- If you look at Clause 148 (A), it says:- “There is established a Fund to be known as the Land Settlement Fund which shall be administered by the National Land Commission.”"
