    "content": "I have also seen an element of mischief in Article 31, where the Minister has introduced the word “affordable”. We should not allow the word “affordable” to be in this Bill. We must drop it. It will give an opportunity to some employers, especially Asians, to be mischievous and say that an award given is not affordable and, therefore, end up shortchanging the worker."
