    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we must also motivate our workers. I am glad that in this Bill, there is recognition of that fact. That is why I want to thank the Minister for his initiative in this respect. We must ensure harmony and also ensure that disputes arising in labour matters must be resolved very quickly. It is very disappointing to hear that there are 5,000 outstanding cases which have not been resolved. Therefore, I am glad that in a way, this Bill makes provision for ensuring speedy resolution of those disputes. I am also glad that we are taking a step here to ensure that an industrial court, or labour relations court, is established to deal specifically with matters relating to labour. The court so established will be equivalent to the High Court and will have similar jurisdiction purely in labour matters. I hope that there will be an opportunity to establish to make sure that judges are posted to, at least, major industrial centers of this country, so that cases can be resolved speedily. This is very important."
