Let me also take this opportunity to thank the Minister, his staff and the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Lands and Natural Resources and his staff for a job well done. I think they have tried their best to balance the views of landlords and tenants. They have done their best to balance the views of the land owners and the landless. They have done their best to balance the views of land owners, tenants and squatters. They have really done a good job to balance. Initially, people were thinking that it was not possible. But it is actually possible to do that. For that, I thank them."
