    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support and congratulate the Minister. If I never did that, I will have betrayed the cause, being the Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have always said, and I will continue saying it until people get what I am talking about – that, there are only four factors of production in agriculture, amongst which land is top, followed by capital, labour and management. There are many areas to be polished as we continue with this long journey towards true land reforms.
