Listening to the Assistant Minister while answering part “c” of the Question, he stated that the Ministry has established some centres to cater for street children. But surprisingly, the number of street children in Nairobi has increased very much that if you visit a place like Westlands roundabout, on your way to Chiromo, you will find families in the streets in the morning and in the evening. Could the Assistant Minister indicate specifically where these centres are and why these street families have not been taken to those centres in Nairobi?"
