    "content": "asked the Minister for Finance:- (a) if he is aware that the Central Bank of Kenya accused Charterhouse Bank Limited of violating the Banking Act in 2006 and yet the bank was let off without being fined and, if so, whether he could explain why this happened; and, (b) if he could clarify whether or not the manager appointed to manage Charterhouse Bank under S.34 (2) (a) of the Banking Act has continued to operate and manage the bank while the alleged violations persist."
