    "content": "You will recall that last Wednesday, the 25th of April, 2012, I informed the House that the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister was out of the country, and will not be able to either make a Statement or reply to questions put to him as per the provisions of Standing Order No.40, Paragraphs 1 and 2. Similarly, the Office of the Clerk is in receipt of a letter from the Office of the Prime Minister dated 2nd May, 2012 informing the office that the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister is still abroad and he is, therefore, not in a position to be present today for the Prime Minister’s Time."
