    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, that was my last comment save for the question by Mrs. Shebesh. This Government values its citizens and its investors. The investors have not – and I have not suggested that in my report - done anything that, in the circumstances of the matter, can be attributed to them. I have said there was system failure and it is a failure that we are correcting. Where the demolitions have occurred without requisite notice, as I said before Mr. Mutava Musyimi’s Committee, there will be prompt and fair compensation."
