    "content": "It is also regrettable, like my Chairman says, that our next door neighbour, Uganda, which is our leading trading partner in the region, what we have is a Chancery by name, but not a Chancery by design and yet we rake so much benefit from the trade we have with Uganda. If diplomacy is not for that, then I do not know what it is for. I want to implore further that the issue of our Chancery in Uganda be addressed."
