    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as part of the Government policy on housing, the Ministry through the Civil Servants Housing Scheme Fund, has embarked on a programme of enabling them, especially the ones in the senior cadres, to acquire their own houses either in the rural areas or within the municipalities where they are working. So, as a short-term measure, we are trying to put these officers in areas where we can provide pool housing. But the long-term measure is to try and facilitate them acquire houses in safe places."
