    "content": "On the other hand, the Public Financial Management Bill is very critical for the manner in which we spend our money as a Government. Issues have been raised by the various Committees in this House and, indeed, when we started the debate on the Public Financial Management Bill, the matter was highlighted on the importance of this Bill. It should have started last year, but we do not have it yet. The importance of managing our finances within a framework that is consistent with the new Constitution becomes even more relevant."
