    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, time has come to recognize correctional services or correctional work as a key reason so that it is not just about locking away people forever but it is about correcting behaviour of human beings or citizens of this country. I am quite pleased because at the beginning of this Bill that is at the definitions, we talked at some length about correctional facilities. I believe that, that service is about correcting behaviour and rehabilitating members of the citizenry back into civil and proper conduct of the society."
