    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I want to draw the attention of the House to provisions that my learned colleague, Mr. Orengo has already read. That is to say that the interpretation of this Constitution is provided for in the Constitution itself. It is not a matter for us to argue or debate.
