    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Public Finance Bill is equally important. This is the Bill that tells us how both the county and national finances will be administered. If we do not pass these Bills, then we will not have a legal framework to guide us on how to use our resources. So, it is important that this House rises to the occasion because it was only a technicality that barred us from debating or voting, when the matter was in the Committee of the Whole House."
