    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker,, I want to support this particular Motion and, since I know there are more people to give more supporting arguments from the other side, I want to support one lonely voice known as hon. Mbadi, and especially with respect to the sentiments by the Attorney-General and other people who think that we cannot argue in this House. This is a debating Chamber. You have no business to be here if you do not like arguments. You can as well go and become a business person or wait for the next dispensation and become a Cabinet Secretary, so that you do not appear before us. But for the current Constitution, which we all conveniently saved for purposes of not bringing confusion until the first general election, this is a debating chamber."
