    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, we have over a thousand youth polytechnics in this country. Most of them are just empty shells. The question of our time, surely, must be: How we are going to put resources into those institutions? So, I believe it is fair, right and proper for this House not only to look at extending time, but also, therefore, afford ourselves the opportunity to really look at these pieces of legislation and to ensure that we are setting up the best foundation for the future of this country."
