    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am a bit concerned about how casual the Assistant Minister is taking this matter when there is an allegation that a 13 year old boy was assaulted. If, indeed, there are two reports that are emanating from the Government of Kenya, is he trying to show us that there is another parallel Government of Kenya other than the one that we know? If so, would I be in order to request that this Question be deferred so that he comes back and give us a proper answer because we cannot have two documents emanating from the same Government and then he disowns one? So, which is the other one? Is it from the Government of Uganda?"
