    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. The issue that is causing confusion is reconcilliable. There is no difference between the two reports. The problem may be lack of knowledge on what constitutes assault under the law. There is simple assault, assault causing actual bodily harm and assault causing grievous harm. They are all assault. So, if the Assistant Minister could actually know the difference, there could be no conflict at all. Is he in order?"
