    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have already stated before that we have a draft Bill and it is in its final stages at the Attorney-General’s Chambers. Immediately it is ready, it should be laid on the Table of this House. That is what will address these perennial problems that we have in sports. This is because where sports have reached in this country, we cannot run the sector the way we have been running it. There must be very clear guidelines on how to engage the Government, the public, the athletes and the commercial people. There must be very clear rules on how we should engage and this Bill, I tend to agree, is long overdue. It should hit the floor of this House so that Members can input."
