"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, we do not want to lose either Jelimo or Oliech. You will notice that the Minister is in charge of Youth Affairs and Sports. There is a reason that they were put together because the people who are involved very heavily in sports are the youth. Could the Minister indicate, in the interim, what he has done because most of those people are as young as 18 and 19? When they come in, they have no information about laws and their rights. What has the Minister done in the meantime, to ensure that these young people have legal representation because, definitely, what is going on is a violation of their rights?"
