    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, before I seek my supplementary question, I just wish to bring to your attention that the Assistant Minister was actually threatening us. I take it very seriously because the Commissioner has threatened me. Mr. Mbuvi was recently threatened that if he goes and reports issues he will be arrested and now the Assistant Minister is brave enough to come and threaten us before the Floor of the House. My supplementary question is; could the Assistant Minister tell us which police station is responsible for extra-judicial killings so that when they happen, we go and report there?"
