    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. The Minister is giving contradictory information. In the answer, on the front, he says they are prioritizing, but at the back, he says that because of the Constitution that we have passed, it is no longer a priority to work on the rules because there is the Office of the Attorney- General, COTU, FKE and other stakeholders who have embarked on a review process to enable the laws to conform to the Constitution. So, could he tell us which is which? Is it in order for him to mislead the House by giving a contradictory answer?"
