    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I think all of us are grateful for the new Constitution, and the commitment of this House to close ranks and dig deep, so that we can pass the enabling legislation. I think all of us are also aware that in passing this Bill we are also anticipating the more substantive laws that will make it possible for these courts to actually operate. We very much look forward, as a Committee of this House, to support the Minister. We are privileged to have oversight with regard to land law, mineral law, environment and all the other Bills that are pending."
