    "content": "But, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, carbon trade is traded in two sections; there is the one which you apply to the United Nations (UN). There is also the willing buyer, willing seller trade where Kenyans who plant trees on their own can be assisted so that they can assess this carbon credit. So, we are going to educate Kenyans to learn the benefits which will accrue to them. I am sure that Kenyans are very enterprising and they will do it on their own."
