    "content": "(a) I am not aware of any killings on 4th of January, 2011. However, I am aware that on 3rd January as opposed to 4th January, 2012, at about 7.30 p.m., outside Juba Lodge along Kismayu Road within Garissa Town, a lone masked gunman attacked and fatally wounded Messrs. Abdi Noor Hussein, Maulid Ali Dagane and Mohamed Maalim Umar. A fourth man, Mohamed Abdi Ibrahim, who escaped death with serious injuries, was admitted at Garissa District Hospital."
