    "content": "(c) Investigations into the murder commenced immediately and two suspects; Khalif Kadar Abdi, who is an Australian of Somali origin and Mohamed Maulid Haji, a Kenyan, were arrested for questioning in connection with the murder. The files were forwarded to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for perusal and advise where it was directed that owing to lack of enough evidence, the file be placed before a court of competent jurisdiction for public inquest."
