This Question could not be answered by the Minister because he said that they had already forwarded the names to the appointing authority, and the appointing authority had not made the appointment. So, we felt that the office which was closest to the appointing authority was yours, Mr. Vice-President. So, it was rightly referred to your office and that is why the appointment has been made."
