Dr. Khalwale is asking, I would also want to ask for your ruling very clearly that Article 217 with regard to Division of Revenue Bill and County Allocation Bill have not been suspended and are still in operation. So, from your ruling, it should be very clear so that the Ministry of Finance is aware that those two Bills are required and must be transacted in this House."
