    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. Maybe you can give us direction on an issue that is currently before a Parliamentary Committee. We are very aware that for the last two weeks or so, the Committee on Health has been executing this matter and, therefore, I think that according to the rules of the House, a Ministerial Statement on an issue that is already being investigated by a committee is in a way prejudicial to the committee’s report. I would like your ruling in respect to the Ministerial Statement that Dr. Khalwale is requesting."
