Actually, the Chair had already ruled. There was a Ministerial Statement that I had sought on a matter that was before the Public Accounts Committee chaired by Dr. Khalwale and the Speaker made a very clear ruling that if the matter is before the Committee, we have to wait for the Committee to complete its task. I am yet to understand how this can be different. Could Dr. Khalwale tell us who are these thieves and how much they have stolen?"
