"content": "This is because when it comes to the environment, you may not prove your case. It is very difficult to prove your case on environmental issues. Therefore, I am happy that this has been captured here so that we can look at it in a very sober manner. The other one that captures this is Clause 19(2) which says:- “The Court shall not be bound by the procedure laid down by the Civil Procedure Act and shall be guided by the principles of natural justice”. This is brilliant! I can tell you that this is brilliant. I am very excited. Clause 19 also gives a chance for experts to go to court and give evidence. This is because the matter that will be deliberated on in court will be so complex. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, other issues that are of interest in this Bill is that the court proceedings will be transacted even in local languages. They will be able to use sign language and Braille so that local people can participate in this course.
