    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, those are some of the problems we are facing because of the porous borders we are having. We have beefed up security within our porous borders because the guns which are being sold here come from neighbouring countries where there are no governments, for example, Somalia and elsewhere. We are going to try our level best as Government and, in fact, there should be no panic at all. We are trying to round up all those who are having illegal guns and I also want to say that those who are having illegal guns must surrender them because the law will catch up with them and we will take them as robbers. What is it that an individual is doing with a gun if he cannot even register it? So, those who are having illegal guns must surrender them to the police, chiefs, assistant chiefs and District Commissioners (DCs) with immediate effect."
