    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have my facts right. As at now, farmers have been paid for all the flowers that have been delivered to the PBK and processed by 10th March, 2012. The only pending payments are those relating to the old debt, which is only Kshs52 million. This debt relates to 2008 and earlier years. All payments have been made for flowers that were delivered to the PBK from the year 2009 to date."
