    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the issue of security again, where the President spoke about the Mombasa Republic Council (MRC), I think this House must rise to the occasion. We are not going to support destabilization of this country. We are not going to support any move, any group or any party that intends to separate Coast Province from the rest of the country. But it is also important to underscore the reasons and grievances those people are expressing. I think it is important to dialogue. I think those fellows who are saying Pwani si Kenya ; we need to call their bluff. But it is also important to identify the leaders. Who are these people who are funding it? Who are supporting them? We should dialogue with those Kenyans because they are Kenyans. They have not denounced that they are not Kenyans. We should tell them that this country is enough for all of us."
