I remember hon. C. Kilonzo complaining bitterly about insecurity in Matuu, including even his mother who was affected. I cannot drive on Thika Road to Isiolo at night because of the level of insecurity. The Member for Gatanga who is here can confirm that. Everywhere in this country the level of insecurity is very high."
