    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. When people are contributing to issues pertaining to the security of this country, we must be factual. The level of insecurity in this country is not as high as the hon. Member is saying. Even hon. Bahari goes to Isiolo and comes back to Nairobi driving. If, indeed, it was true that the level of insecurity is high, he would not be driving. He would be taking choppers and flights. I agree that we had some level of insecurity within hon. C. Kilonzo’s area, but we have since sorted it out, and will continue doing so. You will never hear of those cases again."
