    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, regarding again Busia County, the Commission for Revenue Allocation (CRA) deliberately relocated the population of Teso South and Teso North from Busia County to Bungoma. As a result, our share of the resources has been denied. However much we are in Busia County, our resources have been relocated to Bungoma County. We have made complaints both written and verbal, but to date, there seems to be no move to effect any changes to correct the anomaly."
