    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a serious matter because we have lost a life. I have explained the circumstances and the only thing I am waiting for in order to assist the Questioner is the ballistic experts to tell us who actually killed this innocent lady. The law is very clear. If you misuse your gun, we will know. If it is the police, we will know the particular officer and take him to court and charge him with murder. As at now investigations are ongoing and we are waiting for the report from the ballistics experts and then we will take action. That is the only thing we can do. It is the only sane thing one can do."
