    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you appreciate that is an entirely different question but we appreciate the need to expand that road, and more so, because it leads to the airport. We also know that when there is congestion, our visitors are not able to get to the airport in good time. Some of the traffic using that particular road is not actually headed for the airport. We are trying to come up with a by-pass. This is the city southern by-pass which is expected to be completed by 2015. We are also planning to do the connecting roads or the missing links within Mombasa as we did in Nairobi. This will ease traffic within that section. In the meantime, we are in the process of designing that road and expanding it to reduce congestion."
