    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we continue to receive telephone calls from the young men and women, who are within these training centers. Their complaint is that the criteria they follow for them to be enrolled for courses is far from what the Minister has said. There are those who report and immediately they are through with the three months or whatever number of months they go through training, they get opportunities to undertake courses ahead of others, who have been on the queue. Could the Minister inform this House what the Ministry is doing to ensure that those youths from very poor families, who have nobody to hold their hands so that they get favours, also get opportunities?"
