    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as I support this Bill, I do not have much to celebrate in my constituency because all the forests have been destroyed. There is virtually nothing left. Rivers that used to flow from Mau Forest have dried up. These are Molo, Njoro and Bagaria. These rivers used to drain into Lake Nakuru. It is a pity that the southern part of Molo is turning into a semi arid."
