"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya to rubbish a judgement of the High Court of Kenya? The High Court has stated very clearly that elections will be held within 60 days of the expiry of the term of this Parliament and the IEBC has followed that judgement by saying that elections will be held on 3rd March. So, when the Prime Minister says that there is no certainty, he is actually saying that they do not care what the court says. Whether or not there is an appeal, the valid judgement is that, that is what we must stand by. Is the Prime Minister in order to mislead the House and country?"
