    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, secondly, I would like to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Special Programmes on the State of flooding in Turkana County, especially within Lodwar Municipal Council. In the Ministerial Statement, I would like the Minister to provide the following details: The areas affected by the floods, particularly in terms of the suburbs of Lodwar Town; the number of residents who have been affected and disposed of property in the process; and, what the Government has done in order to prevent such flooding, especially the washing away of a bridge at River Kawalasasol."
