    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, if you look at Rule 17(a), and allow me to read it, you will find it says:- “the Returning Officer shall report to the National Assembly the results of the election together with the number of votes recorded for each candidate under the cluster of each party.” I support this, but I would just like it to be on record that it would have been clearer if we had indicated report at what time because it leaves it hanging. We would like it to mean that the reporting is at the end of the exercise and it is not after three days."
